Graham Motion and Ned Toffey join the TCA
(Press Release)— Thoroughbred Charities of America (TCA) announced last week the appointment of Graham Motion and Ned Toffey to its Board of Directors. “We are thrilled to welcome Graham Motion and Ned Toffey to the TCA board.
